We loved our first visit. As a first time Mom, I really appreciate the level of professionalism and gentleness. All my questions were answered thoroughly which definitely put me at ease. I also loved the environment. Laura is fantastic!

I just had the most abhorrent experience with this practice. It’s hard to admit because I have always trusted my children with Tribeca Pediatrics in New York City but this practice’s billing department was beyond despicable. I called because after a couple years of patronage I was all of a sudden getting out of network bills- after never having been notified by the practice. I asked the department to confirm if my insurance was in fact out of network and they hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an honest mistake but they hung up on me a second time. A third call was sent straight to voicemail. How hard is it to answer a simple insurance question and perhaps explain when that change happened?! I could not believe how cruel and dismissive department was. Do not waste your time and if you’re a NYC transplant hoping for the same Tribeca Pediatrics care, know you will not get it here.

Tribeca Pediatrics is truly an exceptional place! My children are under the care of Dr. Aneeqa Babar and she is nothing short of excellent. She is attentive, caring and listens to our concerns and questions patiently. We can rest assured that our children are in good hands.

Beautiful and clean place. They contacted our old doctor and got their patient history for us. This may not seem like a big deal, but our last doctors lead us to believe this was an impossible task. All staff, nurses, and our doctor were kind and professional. Best experience we’ve had with a pediatrician in a decade.

Being from out of town, I found the staff very professional, helpful and friendly in addressing my son’s medical needs for school. Johnny and Jessica were especially nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend this facility highly!

I called earlier today to find out if this practice accepted my insurance… I was on a hold, and out of nowhere the call ended… no one called me back either. I did not appreciate that at all, being that my daughter has had a high grade fever for a few days and was in urgent need of an evaluation.

Good experience.. hassle free. Appointments were quick. Dr Gunjan Rao was quick in her diagnosis and very nice with kids. Even the assistant staff were very very friendly

I’ve been searching for a pediatrician that makes me feel heard when i bring up any concerns regarding my daughter. That’s exactly what i found at tribeca pediatrics in Jersey City. Dr. Jessica was great! She listened to my daughter and I and the rest of the staff was great as well. Very welcoming and diligent.
